Ground pork sauteed with fresh ginger root and scallions, assembled in wonton wraps, served with ginger soy dipping sauce.

Made in house daily, served with choice of a Dijon mustard sauce or stout beer/cheese sauce.

Toasted crostini topped with artichokes, tomatoes, and finished with balsamic reduction.

Fresh fennel, bok choy, orange and quinoa sauteed with a citrus vinaigrette.
Summertime Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
Poached Beets, Toasted Walnuts, Dried Cranberries and Goat Cheese on top of Fresh Spring Mix with a Maple Vinaigrette.
Cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, edamame, green onion, orange segments.
Chopped crisp romaine, corn, black beans, onion, avocado, tomato, black olives, and shredded cheddar with honey-lime dressing.
Gulf shrimp, Atlantic haddock, Maine lobster, mussels and scallops simmered in a tomato broth. Served with rice.

A healthy pile o garlic hummus, cucumber, roasted red pepper, kalamata olives and local micro greens on a warm pretzel.

4 oz. of fresh Maine lobster tossed in a light mayo dressing served on a roll with crisp lettuce.
