German sausage soaked in a local beer, sauteed with Morse's Sauerkraut, sweet peas and served over egg noodles.

Locally Harvested Acorn Squash, roasted with Maine Maple Syrup, filled with Quinoa, Basmati Rice, Dried Cranberries, and Roasted Nuts. GF VEG
